The 43winph Platform is strictly intended for adults aged twenty-one (21) years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. 43winph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If 43winph discovers or has reason to believe that a registered account belongs to a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account, void any associated transactions, and delete the personal data of the underage individual from our systems, subject to any legal retention obligations.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has registered an account on the 43winph Platform, please contact us immediately at the email address in Section 13 so that we can take appropriate action.

43winph reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, or NPC guidance. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The revised Policy will specify the effective date of the changes. Your continued use of the 43winph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
